POSTAGE AND SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

EXPRESS POST

Taylor Offshore Australia offers standard postage as Well as express Post via Australia Post. 

 

AUSTRALIA POST TERMS

EXPRESS POST next business day delivery covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centers. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only. If your item is for an address outside the Express Post network, we'll use the fastest possible transport links.for delivery.

 

 

LONG OR BULKY ITEMS

For long or bulky items that's over the Aust post item and weight size, that do not fit in an express post satchel, will be sent by courier service. You will be contacted if this is the Case with any order to inform you.

Fees will apply per order.

Once your order has been processed you will be notified of your tracking number.

 PLEASE NOTE 

Please be advised that Some items purchased might take 1 to 3 business day's to be Allocated,  Assembled and Quality Inspected before packaged for shipping. 

If this is the Case you will be notified.

PAYMENT METHODS

Taylor Offshore Australia  accepts credit card orders (VISA and MasterCard only), PayPal and direct deposit for orders within Australia.

We may request photo identification for any new orders and particularly for large orders. Taylor Offshore Australia  reserves the right to perform checks for the payment of any orders.

 

Taylor Offshore Australia retains the ownership of all goods until full payment has been received from the authorised party.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders placed before 12 pm will be processed the same day.This means that if you are in the delivery zone for Australia Post Express that you should receive your order the next day. If your order is placed after 12 pm or requires extensive rigging etc then it will be in the post the next day.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Taylor Offshore Australia is able to send our products to you anywhere in the world. Please contact us and we will assist you.

Please note that you may be charged taxes or duties in your country payable for customs clearance. We are not responsible for this process.

 

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE/ FAULTY ITEMS /WARRANTY

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@taylor-offshore.com.au

with “FAULTY” in the subject line and we will advise you of the process.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product then we will consider this on a case by case basis. Please send us an email at

with “EXCHANGE” in the subject line and we will advise you of the process.

 

If you have purchased a product from us that is under warranty and needs repairing then please send us an email at info@taylor-offshore.com.au

with “WARRANTY” in the subject line and we will advise you of the process. Please include the proof of purchase and details of the problem in your email.

 

Once your claims approved your return/exchange/warranty claim and given you a return/exchange/warranty number you should mail your product to-

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your product was faulty then we will refund the original cost of shipping 

 

We advise that you use a track-able shipping service such as Australia Post Express postage as we will not be responsible if your item does not reach us.
